Dear Lord, This year may I pray more and study Thy word more. May I truly “hide Thy word in my heart.” May I listen more than I talk and remember that the more I smile – the more I’ll feel like smiling! May I strive to be positive and realize that You are in control. You see things and know things that I don’t know. May my faith grow as my trust in Your precious promises does. May I remember that there are always those who have greater needs than I do. May I remember those who are sad or lonely and reach out to those in need. May I be a Christian example in all that I do so that others may see the good works and glorify Thee, our Father in heaven. Thank you, God, that I’m here to see 2019. May I not take it for granted. In Jesus Name, Amen.
