I call these meatballs embarrassing because every time I’m asked for the recipe, I’m embarrassed to tell people how EASY they are. They thought that I spent “hours” preparing something this delicious! I love taking them to Sunday potlucks because I put the on in the morning and by lunchtime, they’re done! Enjoy!
1 small sack of frozen homestyle meatballs (store brand kind is fine) 1 can of cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry, will do) 1 jar of salsa
Mix cranberry sauce and salsa in crockpot. Add meatballs and stir. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Ta da – that’s all folks!
I use the Great Value Peach Mango Salsa at Walmart instead of regular salsa . . . AMAZING!
