Hello Everyone, I just got through reading a great novel that was written by a Christian friend of mine, Jan Dearman. Jan and her preacher husband, Jim have spent many years in the service of the kingdom. The book is titled, “River Sisters, The Giver,” and is a story of three courageous women who escape captivity from the “Removal of 1838” and make their way back to the river valley. Motivated by the past, accepting the challenges of the present, and unable to anticipate the future that lies ahead, the “river sisters” preserve the mark of their noble character on generations to follow.
