I had the honor today to get to do some “people watching” in a restaurant. We are all so different! One three generational family came in, with the young child naturally wanting to sit by Gammy! Some came in with spouses; some were with friends, while others came in to eat alone. Some, like me, brought their computers in and worked for a while. Many played on their phones, and a few (and I mean a few) actually spent the time TALKING and eating, of course! Some were young. Some were a little older. Okay- some were a lot older! I saw hair that was brown, red, gray, blonde, and rainbow colored! And there were a few men who had more hair on their faces than the top of their heads!
While we may be so different on the outside, the Lord God made us all. Just as we have unique fingerprints, we also have unique personalities and dispositions. Yet, Jesus died for each and everyone of us! Do you know how special that makes us? The Psalmist declared, “I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” (Psalm 139:14). According to Genesis 1:26-27, man was formed in the image and after the likeness of God. Look at this beautiful world God created – God doesn’t make “junk!” YOU, my friends are so precious in His sight!
You are special! May we glorify Him! God bless, Courtney
